Dejan Lovren has drawn the interest of Arsenal, Tottenham, West Ham and Crystal Palace.

Lovren will be allowed to leave Liverpool this summer due to his good relationship with Jurgen Klopp.

The 30-year-old centerback is currently behind Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip at the position.

Lovren is understood to want to move to London over the summer.

Josep Maria Bartomeu stated that while there will be less money overall in this summer's transfer market, Barcelona are still in a position to be able to sign a big player.

"I can't talk about names, but Barca will be making moves to do the deals we feel necessary," said Bartomeu. "We make more money than any other football club in the world, so of course we have the capacity [to make big signings].

"The club is not in danger. We're different from other clubs that [rely on] ticketing or television rights. We have other sources of income like the football schools, the museum. [So] the lockdown hits us more than others, but we will also be quicker to get back on track."

Barcelona have been linked with Lautaro Martinez and Neymar, though they will reportedly only be able to sign one of the strikers due to a lack of funds.

Bartomeu added that Barcelona were ahead of financial projections when the La Liga season was suspended.

"The predicted revenue for this season was €1 billion and we were flying in February, ahead of predictions. We will continue to be the biggest earning football club. All clubs have a drop in income right now and we are working quickly to act on that."

Manchester United will make a summer bid for Matthijs de Ligt, according to reports.

De Ligt rejected United for Juventus in a $82 million move to Italy last year.

The 20-year-old has started in 17 out of 26 matches under Maurizio Sarri.

If Juventus are not ready to sell de Ligt, United would turn their attention to Kalidou Koulibaly.

Roma are closely linked with a move for Porto forward Tiquinho Soares.

The 29-year-old forward has a $44 million release clause.

Reports claim that due to a combination of the COVID-19 pandemic and Soares' contract ending in 2021, Roma could purchase the striker for no more than $16.7 million. 

Real Madrid are linked with 21-year-old Sao Paulo attacker Igor Gomes.

Gomes has been described as an "improved version of Kaka" by the Brazilian press.

Barcelona and Sevilla, with Ajax are also linked with Gomes, who is valued at $55 million.

"It's not good to make comparisons, it puts too much pressure on him. But yes, it's true that he reminds me a lot of myself in terms of his style of play," said Kaka.

Boca Juniors sporting director Jorge Bermudez said that he is looking forward to Edinson Cavani joining his side "very soon."

"Knowing Riquelme and the distance to [former Uruguay international Diego] Forlan, and knowing the category of Cavani, hopefully it will be very soon. He would give us a great hand and be very supportive. I think he wants to come to Boca," said Bermudez.

Cavani is out of contract at the end of this season.

Inter Miami is also rumored to be a potential destination for Cavani. 

Borussia Dortmund will not sell Jadon Sancho "below value" amid the financial impacts of COVID-19.

Dortmund are holding out for a transfer fee of $143 million.

Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Barcelona are targeting Sancho.

"I can clearly say that despite the existential crisis [for football] even the richest clubs don't have to believe they can go bargain hunting at Dortmund," Hans-Joachim Watzke said. "We must not sell anyone below value."

And Dortmund have not given up all hope that Sancho will remain at the club for one more season, with Watzke adding: "We've said it before corona already that we favour the idea Jadon stays here. But, at the end of the day, you also must respect what the player wants."

Real Madrid is reportedly keeping close tabs on Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.

The 17-year-old midfielder, likened to Paul Pogba, is seen as the perfect replacement for Casemiro.

Camavinga, who was on the cusp of a national team call-up, is under contract through 2022.

Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici predicted that this summer's transfer market will feature NBA-like trades between teams.

"There will be lots of trades, a situation that will bring football closer to the NBA," said Paratici.

Paratici cited the economic fallout from not playing matches as a key reason for the new transfer style.

Juventus players agreed to take a four month pay cut to help the club recover its losses in revenue.

Paratici added that certain leagues are more equipped to handle the stoppage in play.

"It's also likely that some of the clubs, for example in Germany, may benefit from the overall situation of crisis as they have a more solid economy than others."

Juventus are linked with a potential move for Real Madrid left back Marcelo.

Marcelo has lost his starting position to Ferland Mendy this season.

Juventus officials were set to meet with Marcelo before the COVID-19 pandemic, with Maurizio Sarri interested in bringing him to the club.

Juventus will offer Marcelo a four-year contract, according to reports.
